I love that Unseen made this project possible. We have always wanted to create a welcome email but it has never been a top priority for us among the never-ending to-do list and high demands for our day-to-day work. We have always considered it an important resource to have and Unseen has made that possible.

I use the thank you email banners with all our new donors, and that is a real enhancement of the experience, and improvement to our brand, to be able to send them. It adds to our professionalism. When donors receive a beautiful thank you for their gift, they are more likely to give again. It builds goodwill toward the org as well.
