Paul has served communities across N.D. since his first job at the Fargo YMCA in 1975. He graduated from MSUM in 1978 with a degree in Physical Education and has served as the Director of Program Services at Bismarck, YMCA, the Executive Director of the Jamestown YMCA and more. He found his career coming full circle when he became the President of the Fargo YMCA and served as president for 25 years. During that time the YMCA grew to serve over 50,000 people each year had a budget of $17 million dollars and 1,000 staff. Paul joined Unseen in the Fall of 2018. He serves in a development and strategic role as Unseen continues to grow and serve the world from downtown Fargo, North Dakota.
