Join the Team!

Modern slavery and human trafficking affect 40+ million people worldwide. With a problem this large, organizations combating trafficking need to expand their work and assist more people. This requires organizations to be increasingly more effective at fundraising and communication, which is where Unseen fits in!

Unseen’s Program team is adding a Project Manager to help accelerate the work of 25+ partner organizations who are fighting human trafficking and its root causes. We support anti-trafficking organizations by producing marketing materials they use to raise funds and expand their work. This happens via detailed project management systems, a network of freelance creatives producing content across all forms of media, and a skilled team of project managers.

As Project Manager, you’ll manage details, timelines, contracts, and relationships—working remotely with anti-trafficking partners on one side, and contracted designers, writers, and developers on the other, to manage marketing projects from concept to finished product. You’ll create contracts for partners and freelance designers, closely track project timelines, write copy, review drafts, and make design recommendations, all with a view toward getting the best possible product into the hands of anti-trafficking organizations—so they can grow and come alongside even more vulnerable people.

You may be a great fit if:
  • At the core, you are an adept relationship manager. You establish and maintain excellent relationships with partner accounts, contracted freelancers, third party vendors, and Unseen colleagues.
  • You thrive in the area of detail management and can spend long hours on contracts, schedules, writing, and email.
  • You improve partner and freelance creatives satisfaction levels by maintaining quick response times—and anticipating needs before they’re articulated. You love to communicate thoroughly and completely—especially in writing.
  • You stay current on innovations and trends in the fields of marketing, fundraising, and anti-trafficking, and how these things could benefit our partners.
